Attorney Kyle A. McCoy is a founding member of Soldon McCoy, llc. Kyle has practiced labor and employment law since graduating from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2008, where he was an editor for the Canada-United States Law Journal.
Admitted to practice in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 6th and 7th Circuits, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and the District of Minnesota as well as the Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin State Bars, Kyle has a wealth of trial and appellate court experience. Frequently Kyle handles labor matters in arbitrations and state and federal courts; as well as litigation before the National Labor Relations Board involving Unfair Labor Practices, Representation Elections and other matters.
